"Not often available in the most sought after Copthall Way is this lovely 3 bedroom family home which has been extended to the ground floor.

From the hallway we have access to the main reception room which, being some 21 feet in length, has plenty of room for a lounge area and separate children's play area, should you wish. From here there is double door access to the extended kitchen-diner which, in turn, leads out to the patio and south-west facing rear garden. This is a very bright and airy space with a vaulted ceiling, sky lights, windows and patio doors.

Upstairs we have the three bedrooms, two of these are good size doubles with the third an easy single, all serviced via the family bathroom.

Back on the ground floor we have a large and very usable utility room. Formerly the kitchen, there is now space and plumbing for a washing machine as well as several storage cupboards and an open space ideal for parents with a pram. There is also a downstairs toilet.

To the front there is off road parking and side access to the rear garden. The garden is approximately 110 foot in length and is mainly laid to lawn."
