"From the entrance porch to the living accommodation, the bedrooms and the garden, it is clear that this property is a little different and something a little special.

The ground floor accommodation is extensive, with deep bay windows to both the living room and dining room which is certain to enhance the nature and character of our clients home. As you step into the living room one of the first things you notice is the fabulous oak flooring which extends through to the dining room and into the hallway. Next is the feature fire place with a very modern gas fire which is remotely controlled. First impressions are so important and we are confident you will be impressed with this handsome house. There is plenty of light and space. The stunning conservatory, which overlooks the rear garden, is a particular feature, a good entertaining room and one from which to enjoy the delights of the extensive garden.

The kitchen is the only area our clients have not upgraded and improved and it is thought best to leave this to the incoming purchaser to create their design and style, the centre piece to this fabulous cottage.

Whilst it is easy to see why this could be described as a cottage, it is a real family home. I have already mentioned the great sense of space downstairs, and upstairs is no exception. There are four bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Three of the bedrooms are of a good size with a choice of either one to the front or one to the rear, which could be used as the main one.

The central heating is gas fired to radiators and the windows benefit from double glazed replacement units.
