"This three bedroom, semi detached, family home sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and is being sold with no onward purchase. As many in the road have already extended, there is ample scope for both internal improvements as well as the addition of an extension, subject to the usual consents.

The two reception rooms are open plan via a double doorway. The lounge has a bay window to the front whilst the dining room has views to the rear garden as well as giving access to the kitchen-breakfast room. The kitchen has a range of both built in and storage cupboards, space for appliances and a door to the rear garden. Both the lounge and kitchen are accessed via the entrance hall.
