"33 Clarendale Estate is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, built in the 1960s of brick and block construction under a tiled roof. The property has recently been ungraded and redecorated throughout and comprises a sitting/dining room, refitted kitchen with space for cooking range, 3 bedrooms and a refitted bathroom. The driveway provides parking for several vehicles and leads to the garage (which we understand is currently going through an insurance claim to be replaced). The rear gardens are about 40ft x 30ft, laid to lawn with an additional side terrace area. Great Bradley is a small village approx. 3 miles north of Haverhill.Directions

From Saffron Walden take the B1052 through Little Walden, Hadstock and into Linton. At the T-junction turn left on to the A1307 to Haverhill. Proceed along this road taking the left hand turn into Horseheath. Proceed along this road passing through West Wickham and Carlton. Turn left onto the B1061 following signs to Great Bradley."
