From Lowestoft town leave on the Bascule bridge heading south. Continue along Marine Parade, continue onto Kirkley Cliff Road. As the road bears to right continue onto London Road South. At the round about take the second exit onto the A12 heading towards Kessingland. At the next roundabout take the second exit staying on the A12. At the next roundabout take the first exit heading into Kessingland. Continue onto Church Road, as the road bears to the right continue along Beach Road, turn right into Holly Grange Road where the property can be found towards the end of the road on the right hand side.
