This beautiful large 3 storey Victorian property benefits from many of 'its original features and is located in Royal Avenue which is a much sought after street a 5 minute walk from the beach, in the historic and charming seaside town of Lowestoft. It is within easy reach of the town centre, Blue Flag beaches and other local amenities. The town offers numerous well regarded schools, social, sporting and leisure facilities. Lowestoft station provides frequent services to Norwich and Ipswich which has connections to London Liverpool Street (approximately 2 hours).
