"Situated in this sought after road on the northern side of Ipswich, a short walk from Christchurch Park and within easy reach of the town centre, is this detached residence with beautifully presented accommodation over two floors and with a south facing garden.

This modern detached family home has nicely proportioned accommodation over two floors including an extension to the rear, which incorporates the family room plus a good size kitchen breakfast room with integrated appliances.

Borrowdale Avenue is a highly sought after road on the northern side of Ipswich, running between Tuddenham Road and Westerfield Road, providing easy access to the A12 A14. It also lies within the much favoured Northgate School area.

Buyers of properties on the south side of Borrowdale Avenue, Corder Road and Constable Road enjoy private access to a well known spinney, an exclusive feature for properties in the area.
