"The property on offer has recently been refurbished throughout to a very high standard. The property is located close to Ipswich waterfront and is under a ten minute walk from the town centre. The train station is also within walking distance.
The accommodation comprises of, entrance door to lounge/diner. This room offers ample space and has two decorative brick fire places and laminate flooring, there are windows to the front and rear aspects and radiators too. Down into the galley style kitchen you will find work surfaces to two aspects, range of base and a wall mounted unit. Electric oven with hob and extractor hood over. A window and single sink drainer are to the side aspect. The walls are partly tiled and the floor fully tiled, to the rear there is a small utility area which is where the washing machine and other white goods could be placed. A part glazed rear door leading to the garden is also in the kitchen.
The staircase is carpeted as are the hallway and both bedrooms on the first floor. The bathroom is well appointed and presented immaculately as is the rest of the property. There is a pedestal wash basin, low level WC, panel bath with separate shower over with screen. The walls are part tiled and you can also find a towel heater to the side aspect and window to the rear. Bedroom two is a double and has been decorated with neutral colours, it has a window to the rear aspect with rad underneath. The main bedroom again has neutral decor and a window to the front aspect with rad under. There is a storage cupboard also in the hall and the first floor also has the obvious loft access. Full gas central heating and double glazing is also a bonus.
The property has a small, low maintenance garden which is fully enclosed. To the front of the property there is also a very small garden area.
In the valuer`s opinion this is a perfect two bed end of terrace property, the location is superb and the attention to detail regarding decor will not be missed.
