"Little Court is a charming property, built in 1935 as a wedding present for the son and daughter-in-law of the local Gurteen family. The property stands on a south-facing, private plot of about 6 acres and was built of brick and rendered elevations under a reed thatched roof. The current owners have updated the property but have been also keen to maintain the 1930?+?s feel to the interior. To the ground floor is an entrance hallway, an extremely spacious drawing room, attractive sun room, large dining room, kitchen/ breakfast room, 2 pantries, 2 cloakrooms and a rear lobby. The first floor comprises a long landing, 5/6 bedrooms; the master having an en suite bathroom, a further family bathroom and a separate WC. A ladder stairway leads to a large loft.

Outside, there are various outbuildings including the original garaging and log store. The current owners have recently added a further double garage with a carport and log store to the side which has been designed so that, if required, it could easily be converted to provide stabling (STPP).Directions

From Saffron Walden take the B1052 passing through Little Walden, Hadstock and proceed towards Linton. At the T-junction turn right on to the A1307 towards Haverhill. On arrival at Haverhill turn left at the 1st mini roundabout towards the town centre. Take the A143 towards Bury St. Edmunds and follow this road for about one mile and the property will be found on the right hand side just before the right hand turning to Kedington."
