DIRECTIONS:
From the new roundabout next to the Rose and Crown Hotel in Haverhill's town centre proceed out on Withersfield Road as signposted towards Cambridge, take the second turning on the left into Eastern Avenue, continue for 100 yards or so passing Castle Manor Business and Enterprise College on your right and the property can be found off to the right.
