LOCATION Westlyn House sits above the sea front and promenade in central Felixstowe, opposite the pier in a quiet residential road. Felixstowe is a busy seaside town with a number of well known stores, public houses and restaurants. The town also has a cinema and a branch line railway station, offering a service back into Ipswich. There are further amenities and facilities including a swimming pool and well regarded theatre, on the sea front itself. On the edge of Felixstowe is a very popular golf club. Felixstowe is about 12 miles to the south east of Ipswich, which is the county town of Suffolk. Ipswich provides a comprehensive range of amenities and facilities, including covered shopping centres, multi-screen cinema complex, an indoor swimming pool and a large number of public houses, shops and restaurants and a main line railway station offering a regular inter city link to London's Liverpool Street station.

DIRECTIONS Leave central Ipswich on the A14 eastbound towards Felixstowe. On reaching Felixstowe continue straight over 1st roundabout towards the town centre, turn right at next roundabout into Garrison Lane, continue over two sets of traffic lights to next roundabout. Turn left into Undercliff Road West, at mini roundabout turn left into Undercliff Road East, turn directly left into South Hill. You will find Westlyn House secluded from view on the right hand side of the road, the path leading to the house is to the right of the garage.
