"Situated a short distance from the town is this extended three storey town house with recently fitted kitchen and open plan living.

Set within a close proximity to the town centre is this three bedroom three storey town house. The property has been extended and includes a good size sitting dining room as well as a stunning contemporary open plan kitchen.

The property opens into a fantastic 24 open plan sitting dining room with a central staircase to the first floor. There is an opening to the recently fitted contemporary kitchen which has under floor heating, skylight and double doors opening onto the garden. There is an extensive range of base level cupboards and drawers, work surfaces and sink. Integrated appliances include a dishwasher and washing machine. There are spaces for a freestanding cooker and fridge freezer. A door leads to a cloakroom.
