From Diss, join the A140 Ipswich road, turning left as signposted towards Hoxne and Oakley. Pass through the village of Oakley and turn right at the shop, where directed into the village of Hoxne. Continue on this road, past The Swan Public House and turn left over the Goldbrook Bridge, follow this road onto the Cross Street, still in Hoxne. Continue to the Primary School. Here there is a road on the left of it and a road on the right. Take the road on the left of it and follow it for approximately a mile just past Watering Lane on your left and marked Reading Green. The property will be found on the right hand side, marked by a William H Brown For Sale board.
