"Exceptionally well positioned three bedroom semi-detached house, boasting a spacious and modern living interior with southerly facing rear gardens backing onto open countryside.
From Diss proceed south towards Bury St Edmunds on the A143, continue on the A143 before turning right towards Rickinghall and Botesdale. Go through Botesdale into Rickinghall, down to the bottom of Rickinghall and just before the church turn right into Hinderclay Road. Proceed for a short distance before turning left onto Church Meadow and bearing left again where the property will be marked by the agentn++s board on the right hand side.
The most important factor with any property and this three bedroom semi-detached modern house enjoys a glorious position overlooking the recreation fields to one side and open countryside to the other. The house was built in the early 1990n++s of tradition brick and block cavity wall construction under an interlocking tiled roof. To the front of the property there has been a large extension which now creates the front porch with plenty of space for side furniture or possibly a study/office. The main reception room is a large L shaped room flooded by plenty of natural light being a double aspect room. At first floor level there are three bedrooms, bathroom and separate wc. The gardens have been landscaped and there is a large patio area outside the house and a further lawned area above with oak tree and open countryside beyond. There is a good well fitted kitchen which has a good range of integral units including dishwasher, inset ceramic hood, cooker hood and double oven.
The villages of Rickinghall and Botesdale are located to the south west of Diss between Diss and Bury St Edmunds. They were bypassed a number of years ago and now provide a very good community with an excellent range of local facilities including a supermarket, shops, health centre, public houses and regular transport links.
For those seeking a well-positioned modern three bedroom house, we suggest the earliest viewing to avoid disappointment.
