"Located on the favoured Western outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, this semi detached bungalow is presented in good decorative order and has manageable gardens. Situated close to a regular bus route, local shops and a post office, this lovely bungalow will certainly appeal to those looking to retire to an established and well served area. Due to the popular location, properties like this rarely are on the market for long, therefore early viewing is highly recommended.

The bungalow occupies an excellent and particularly well served location, close to a parade of shops which has a post office, newsagents, mini market and bakery. There is a regular bus service, with bus stop close by, into the town centre which is around 1? miles away offering an extensive range of educational, recreational and shopping facilities. For those who enjoy walking and nature, open countryside is also just a short walk away.
