The property is located on a popular and established residential development. Rougham has a primary school, church, public house, post office and sports/village hall, and is very well placed for access to the nearby market town of Bury St Edmunds. On the first floor: The landing area gives access to 2 generous sized double bedrooms and a further single bedroom. Finally there is a refitted modern white bathroom. The house is served by gas fired central heating via a modern combi boiler and upvc sealed unit glazing.

Outside
The gardens to the front of the house are of open plan design, being laid to lawn with planted shrubs. a side access leads to the enclose corner plot gardens that wrap around the property.
