From the Tesco roundabout on the A14 proceed in Bury St Edmunds along Compeigne Way. At the first roundabout take the third exit onto Fornham Road. Proceed along Fornham Road for approximately quarter of a mile before turning left onto Avenue Approach. At the end of Avenue Approach turn left into Northgate Avenue before turning right into Raynham road. Follow the road around and Gage Close can be found on the right hand side. The property can be found on the right hand side with for sale board erected.
