Situated towards the favoured western outskirts of the town, this well presented detached bungalow is situated in a quiet established residential location within easy reach of all the usual facilities and amenities. Believed to have been built in the early 1970's, the bungalow has been the subject of a considerable improvement programme over the last two and a half years which has included re-fitting the kitchen and bathroom.
