From Beccles town centre, head south on A145 London Road, turn right onto St Georges Road; continue along passing over the bridge and at the roundabout take the third exit right onto High Leas. Proceed along High Leas and take a left onto St Benets Drive and then turn left again onto Mill Road and the property can be found on the right hand side.
