" Tucked away toward the end of a quiet close on the edge of town you will find this three bedroom semi-detached property, offered chain free. Other features include garage with parking, separate dining room and enclosed rear garden.

The Property
The front door opens into an entrance hall, with access to the kitchen, sitting room and under-stairs storage. The kitchen is equipped with a range of floor and wall mounted storage units and a sink with drainer set into ample worktop space. Within, you will find space for a stand-alone cooker with extractor over, space for a washing machine and to one corner, space for a tall fridge-freezer. The boiler is hidden behind cupboard doors to the back of the room, and access to outside can be gained by an external door. The sitting room is a generous space, stretching the entire width of the property, with French doors opening up on to the patio. A modest extension to the rear of the house provides a useful separate dining room, which has a wide patio door leading to the rear garden. Moving to the first floor, a small landing connects the upstairs rooms and has access to airing cupboard storage. The two bedrooms to the rear aspect are both good size double rooms with a view over the garden. The remaining bedroom is a spacious single room. Lastly we have the bathroom, which has a bath with shower-over and a hand wash basin. A separate WC houses toilet facilities.

To the front of the property is good sized concrete driveway leading up to the garage, with space comfortably for two vehicles. A pathway leads up to the front door and around to the right of the house, where a high timber gate gives access to the rear garden. The front garden is mainly laid to lawn with established shrubs and bushes marking the right hand boundary. Beccles is a busy market town with many shops, restaurants, schools, pubs and supermarkets. A market selling fresh produce is held every Friday in the town and there is a bus station with a daily service to London (Victoria) and regular services to Lowestoft, Norwich and many of the smaller villages around. The Beccles train station has a direct line to London Liverpool Street. The town is located on the Waveney River which is a gateway to the Broads network. The unspoilt Suffolk coastline with the beaches of Southwold and Walberswick are within easy driving distance.
