From Beccles town centre head south on Newgate, turn left onto A145 Blyburgate. Turn right into Peddars Lane. Turn left into London Road. As road goes round to the right, take a slight left into Kemps Lane. Take the first left into Pleasant Place, and then right into Hillcrest Road. Turn left into Firfield Close and then right continuing on Firfield Close. The property is situated on the right.
