Location
The property is located in the town of Beccles, but is in easy walking distance of the amenities in Worlingham where a local newsagent, grocery store, hairdressers, post office and fish and chip shop can be found. Beccles itself is a busy market town with many shops, restaurants, all schools, pubs and supermarkets. A market selling fresh produce is held every Friday in the town, there is a local bus station which runs a regular service to Lowestoft, Norwich and many of the smaller villages around. The town is located on the Waveney River which is a gateway to the Broads network. The train station runs a link to London Liverpool Street via Ipswich, and the unspoilt Suffolk coastline with the beaches of Southwold and Walberswick are within easy driving distance.

Directions
Head out of Beccles town centre via Blyburgate. Take the thjird left onto Ingate. At the traffic lights turn right into Ellough Rd. Take the third right into Coney Hill and the second left into Queen Elizabeth Drive. Take the second left into Field View Gardens and the property is situated at the end of the road on the right hand side.
