Directions
From Beccles town centre head out of Beccles via Blyburgate. Take the 3rd left onto Ingate, and at the traffic lights turn right into Ellough Rd. Turn left to stay on Ellough Rd. Turn right into Coney Hill and the property is situated on the left.
