A charming THREE DOUBLE BEDROOM mid-terrace cottage situated just footsteps from Beccles' Town Centre. The property boasts larger than average accommodation coupled with an exceptional garden which benefits from vehicular access which would allow for an off road parking area. The Property
Stepping through the entrance porch we are welcomed into the property via the sitting room. This generous cottage reception room enjoys a window over the front aspect which fills the room with light whilst a fireplace currently housing a gas fire provides our focal point, from here we enter the dining room which enjoys a window looking to the rear along with a fireplace and under stairs cupboard. The kitchen leads from the dining room where we find an attractive range of timber units set below contrasting work tops. Our oven and hob are built into the kitchen whilst space is made for our fridge freezer and washing machine. A stainless steel sink is set below the window looking onto the courtyard. At the head of the kitchen a door opens to the rear lobby which in-turn leads to outside and through to our bathroom. From the kitchen our stairs rise to the first floor where we find three double bedrooms all leading off the landing. The master bedroom is set to the front of the property and offers a generous double bedroom space. At the rear over looking the extensive garden we find our two further double bedrooms.

Outside
The front of the property is approached via the walled front garden with a path leading to the front door. An arch to the right of the property provides pedestrian and vehicular access to the rear gardens and potential parking area. From the rear lobby we step into a courtyard garden where gated access leads over the shared area to the main rear garden. The rear garden is in excess of 100ft leaving ample space to create a parking area or indeed erect a garage (stpp).
