"Located in the beautiful seaside town of Aldeburgh, this well presented detached bungalow offers a wrap around garden, with a garage and off road parking.

Situated in a desirable location, just under a mile from the sea front, is this three bedroom detached bungalow with versatile accommodation, a garage and driveway.

The front door opens into the entrance hall where there is a bedroom to the left, which enjoys a dual aspect and an ensuite shower room.
Off the hall is the sitting room which has bifold doors opening to the side garden, along with a feature fireplace with a wood burner.
A door leads into the kitchen dining room which has been fitted with a number of base units with worktops over and an inset sink and drainer. There is an electric hob, space for a fridge freezer, and a dining table to one end.
