"The property is situated in the centre of the popular village of Stansted Mountfitchet on a private road which is within a short walk of the local primary school, shops and mainline station with services to Bishops Stortford, London, Cambridge and Stansted Airport. The property has been extended and refurbished and now provides a lovely family home with free flowing living space arranged over two floors. The heating and water system were replaced during the renovation works and there are new electrics and consumer unit on the ground floor.

On the ground floor an entrance porch leads to the entrance hall with staircase to the first floor and doors to the bright study playroom with a bay window, sitting room with built in shelving unit and a kitchen dining room which lies at the back of the house and has large island unit, Butler sink, quartz worktops integrated dishwasher, washer dryer and wine cooler and two sets of sliding doors to the west facing secure garden. In addition, there is a utility room and cloakroom. On the first floor landing leads to the main bedroom which has fitted wardrobes and a large en suite bathroom, there are three further bedrooms and a renovated family bath shower room.

Outside, to the front there is a gravelled driveway providing off street parking for four cars which leads to the garage which has been converted to storage and has an EV charging point. A side pedestrian access leads to the west facing rear garden which has a terrace at the back of the house and an area of lawn, enclosed by a combination of hedges and timber fencing.

Stansted Mountfitchet is a thriving and popular village, enjoying a good range of shops, schools and sports clubs.
