This is an extended semi detached home in the Westcroft area of Wolverhampton. To the ground floor there is an entrance porch, entrance hall, guest cloakroom/wc, a through lounge dining room and a kitchen dining room whilst to the first there are four bedrooms and a bathroom/wc. Externally there is off road parking and gardens to the front and rear. EPC rating is grade D.

Location

Westcroft is a suburb to the North of Wolverhampton city centre with access to the local countryside and to Cannock and Wolverhampton via the A460. There is also access to the M54 at junction 1. There are several schools within the area and local shops. Wolverhampton itself has a university, a theatre, art gallery, several museums and a selection of shops and schools. There is a main line railway station and a direct tram link to Birmingham city centre. The motorway network is access via the M6, M5 and M54.

Viewing is highly recommended to appreciate the location, size and layout of this substantially extended family home. A double glazed entrance porch with wood effect flooring leads to an entrance hall which has wood effect flooring and stairs leading to the first floor. There is a useful guest cloakroom/wc fitted with a two piece suite and tiling to walls and floor. The size of the lounge dining room is a particular feature of the property being a dual aspect room having double glazed windows to the front and sliding double glazed doors leading to the rear garden, there is a feature coal effect gas fire with a tiled hearth and stone effect surround and there is also coving to the ceiling.
