"Excellent location, presentation and value...as well as a magnificent conservatory! There's nothing not to like about this first class family sized detached house! You can't fault it's Lightwood address and it has been decorated and carpeted to a high standard by the present owner. The accommodation really works for a family...with the lounge opening into the dining room via an open archway...an impressive conservatory, modern fitted kitchen, separate utility room and downstairs cloakroom.

All three bedrooms are of a really sensible size and there is a proper practical en-suite shower room to the main bedroom.
