"Definitely one of the most impressive detached houses on the market in the area at the moment!

This fine detached house combines individuality with practical and extensive family sized accommodation. It has the benefit of an impressive and large modern lounge and dining room as well as a cosy snug, conservatory and fabulous galley kitchen. All five bedrooms are of very useable proportions but the master bedroom with its en-suite shower room is particularly impressive.

So often properties of this size are let down by a lack of parking space.  That is definitely not the case here.  This house occupies a prominent corner plot, has an extensive block paved driveway with lots of parking space to the front and a large integral garage with a very useful loft over. 

Needless to say there is UPVC double glazing throughout, heating is from a modern gas fired combination boiler and the rear garden is laid out for maximum enjoyment and minimum maintenance.
