"Houses as good as this in what is widely regarded as one of the best locations in the area are hard to find and you most definitely won't be disappointed when you view this outstanding family sized property!

We think that you will be as impressed as we were when you see the very high quality craftsman-built fitted furniture in the master bedroom and you will soon appreciate that even though this house has three bedrooms they are all of an excellent size... and indeed many four bedroom houses offer smaller and less impressive accommodation!

On the ground floor, in addition to the lounge and dining room there is also a fully fitted kitchen, a separate utility room and a cloakroom and it won't escape the notice of many viewers that there is always the potential to increase the size of the ground floor accommodation to incorporate the garage and turn it into a family/play room subject of course to the appropriate consent!
