"Pembroke Drive is a delightful location on the outskirts of the town and handily placed for some more local shopping facilities off the Higherland. Just a short walk away is the Westlands Tennis Courts and Bowling Greens. This particular property holds a pleasant position with an open aspect to the front, there is a garden area and block paved driveway which leads along to the rear where the block paving continues and gives access to a detached brick built garage. There is also an area of garden to the rear. The accommodation has Upvc double glazing together with gas central heating with the entrance hall giving access to the front lounge, ground floor bathroom with three piece suite and attractive fitted kitchen with oven, hob and hood. The first floor enjoys three bedrooms with bedrooms one and two giving access to bedroom three, a Jack and Jill room which could be converted to provide an en suite or use as a nursery.
