" The property is approached via a double glazed front door which leads through to the entrance hall with windows to the front aspect. There is an under stairs cloakroom, stairs to the first floor landing and doors to the lounge and kitchen. The cloakroom comprises a wash hand basin with mixer tap, WC and a frosted window. The sitting room features a large window to the front aspect, TV point and leads through into the dining room. The kitchen is fitted with wall and base units, drawers, work surfaces, part-tiled walls and a sink unit with mixer tap and drainer. There is inset down lighting, a door to the dining room with a window and double glazed door to the rear garden. There is also cupboard space for a washing machine and tumble dryer and further space for a fridge freezer and gas or electric cooker. The dining room provides access to the kitchen with windows and double doors opening out to the rear terrace and garden.
