"This beautifully presented two bedroomed 1930's semi-detached house is most conveniently situated within easy reach of the nearby supermarket, sports centres and with access to the city centre and ring road. The accommodation offers a gas fired central heating system, upvc double glazing, Retains many attractive period features such as original fireplaces and comprises: entrance hall, front sitting room, fully equipped dining kitchen, landing, master bedroom which could be split to form an additional third bedroom if so desired at a relatively nominal cost, second double bedroom and excellent bathroom.
