VALUERS COMMENTS Occupying an exclusive location and position in Dore, extremely convenient for King Ecgbert's school, Tesco Express, shops, bus services in both Dore and at Totley Rise. Set in a particularly level long rear garden ideal for children is this three bedroomed detached house, refurbished, decorated and improved to a high standard. Worthy of an internal inspection. Recently refitted stunning breakfast kitchen with appliances. VENDORS COMMENTS I've loved living here for the past foureen years, my partner has finally persuaded me to move so we can buy a place together. The location is ideal and we intend to stay in the area. We've spent many days out and about in the nearby Peak District, Ecclesall Woods and Millhouses Park. The shops, restaurants and pubs in Dore are a short walk away and it's also easy to enjoy the restaurants on Ecclesall Road. I've gradually renovated the property in a contemporary style with flexible space, which is light and airy and has been great for entertaining and relaxation. My favourite room is the kitchen where we spend lots of time with friends and family. The dining room, lounge and kitchen all have patio doors opening onto the large garden, which I love to open in the summer and listen to the birdsong.
