" This well presented period property occupies a substantial plot on a quiet side road, standing in good company the street has many executive Victorian properties. Surprisingly spacious inside all the rooms have great dimensions coupled with high ceilings and the character expected within properties of this period. Externally there is a good degree of privacy with neighbouring property's to the front and rear being a substantial distance away. The surrounding area offers fantastic access to the town centre, local amenities and major road networks. Further to the property is only a short stroll from local parks, playing fields and schools.  

ENTRANCE HALL Entrance to the property is into a delightful and spacious hallway with high ceilings and doors leading off to the downstairs reception rooms. The main focal point being the original ornate wooden banister twisting upstairs.
