The kitchen is 18ft long and is fitted with a range of matching wall and base units, with an integrated electric oven, an integrated hob with extractor hood, an integrated freezer, laminate flooring and tiled splashbacks. Completing the ground floor accommodation is the useful utility room, which has a tap and single glazed doors to both the front and rear gardens. Moving upstairs to the first floor, there is a landing with loft access via a built in ladder. The front bedroom has a double glazed bay window overlooking the front garden and long distance views. Head away from Doncaster town centre and proceed over St. Georges Bridge. At St. Marys roundabout, take the Sprotbrough Road exit and follow this road for approximately four miles. Turn left onto Melton Mill Lane, follow this road past Denaby Ings Nature Reserve into Mexborough and at the traffic lights, turn right. Then take an immediate right into a service road, where the property can be found on the right hand side, identified by a Your Move for sale board.
