"FIRST TIME BUYERS - LOOK AT THIS LOVELY HOME!!!! Set in a great location in Worsborough Dale, this two bed semi is fully re-carpeted, has a lovely kitchen and bathroom plus good size gardens front and rear. It's been well cared for and is all ready for you to move straight into.

57 Cliffedale Crescent is a great location for getting into Barnsley town centre with all its facilities, or, for getting onto the M1 with its access to Sheffield, Leeds and beyond. The area has many primary schools within a mile and Barnsley boasts several new High Schools or Advanced Learning Centres.

The house is on a good size plot with gardens to both front and rear and unrestricted on street parking to the front. At the rear the garden isn't directly overlooked and looks out over trees and greenery.

You enter the house through the UPVC front door into a hall area which leads off into the spacious lounge
