"Kirstie and Phil always say its all about location, location, location and this one has a great location for commuting as its close to the M1 and to the railway station serving Sheffield and Leeds, but that's not all its also located close to two excellent Primary Schools at Hoyland Common and West Meadows.

Plus there are shops, doctors, dentists all nearby within the local community.

The house itself is great. Beautifully decorated and with a stunning kitchen and bathroom you'll want it as soon as you see it. If you dont then your kids will as its got a Spiderman bedroom and a little princess boudoir on the second floor.

There is a great kitchen/diner that not only looks stunning but is also practical with all modern conveniences built in. Upstairs there is also a fantastic bathroom which again mixes practicality with good looks.

Outside its got a secure back yard area with a raised decking area for taking in those rays and for burning burgers or poisoning friends on the BBQ while the kids play in the playhouse, on the swings, or, on the climbing wall. Good luck to the existing owners for tearing their kids away from this!!!
