Directions :-

From the Alhambra roundabout in Barnsley town centre, take the A61/Sheffield Road and turn left onto the A635/Taylor Row. Turn left onto Oakwell Lane and bear right onto the A628/Pontefract Road. After approximately 1.3 miles, passing through five roundabouts remain on the A628 for approximately 2.3 miles. At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto the A695 Engine Lane and after approximately 1.1 miles at the roundabout, take the first exit onto High Street. Turn left onto Rockingham Street and keep straight on the road ahead. Bear right into Kingsway where the property can be found on the right hand side identified by the for sale sign.
