From the Alhambra roundabout in Barnsley town centre take the A61 Sheffield Road and turn left onto the A635, Taylor Road. Turn left onto Oakwell Lane and bear right onto the A628 Pontefract Road and after approximately 1.3 miles passing through five roundabouts remain on the A628 for approximately 3.2 miles. At the roundabout take the second exit onto the A695 Engine Lane and after approximately 1.1 miles and at the roundabout take the first exit onto the High Street. Turn left onto Rockingham Street and keep straight onto the road ahead. Bear right onto Kingsway and the property is on the right hand side.
