The front is predominantly laid to lawn with the rear split between lawn and patio with mature plant and shrub borders and a storage shed.The property further benefits from electric heating and double glazing.LOCATIONBraidwood is a small village on the outskirts of Carluke, approximately 4/5 miles driving distance from the market town of Lanark. Small shop and primary school add to the village feel with good shopping available in Lanark. Train stations are available in both Lanark and Carluke as are Secondary Schools. Good access from Braidwood down into the heart of the Clyde Valley area, which also leads onto the M74 via Garrion Bridge. TRAVEL DIRECTIONSFrom Carluke Cross travel South on Kirkton Street. Continue out of the town heading towards Lanark on Lanark Road. On entering the village boundary of Braidwood and turn right after the Station Inn, onto Braidwood Road. (B7056) take the 3rd left onto Harestanes Road and right into Oswald Gardens. The property is clearly identifiable by our For Sale board."
