"General Information This 'Garden Village' style house is perfectly located for the school catchment area of Rhiwbina Primary/Junior and Whit church High, and is ideally situated for local amenities and the excellent transport links. The property has traditionally white painted render, aluminium double glazed windows throughout, with the exception to the white uPVC front door, and side window in the kitchen. There are adequate radiators and power point to each room. The property is realistically priced and there is scope for improvement and extending subject to planning permission. Outside This property benefits from an excellent size plot, set in a very quiet cul de sac of only 17 properties. To the front, court yard parking for 3 cars, a small decked area and long driveway leading to the exceptionally large garage/workshop.
