"Upon entering this well presented home you are greeted by a spacious reception room with a pleasant aspect overlooking the front garden. From the main reception room there is a square arch leading you into a good size dining room which is semi open plan to the kitchen. The kitchen is to the rear and has an ample range of base and eye level units incorporating a peninsular unit between the kitchen and dining room. There is a five ring gas hob with a built in oven and grill below, Within the kitchen you have access to the under stairs larder style storage cupboard. The kitchen opens into the rear lobby area which has access to the separate utility room with work surface with space and plumbing for the washing machine and tumble dryer below. In the rear lobby area there is also access to the down stairs wc, a large storage cupboard and access to the rear garden.
Upstairs there are three good size bedrooms with the master bedroom benefiting from two built in cupboards. There is a luxury very tasteful bathroom with a free standing contemporary bath with matching wash hand basin and wc, there is also a fitted shower cubicle with a monsoon shower.
Outside there is a good size rear garden which is fenced to sides and walled to the rear, there is a large rear decked area to enjoy the last of the days sunshine. The garden has gated access to the front. To the front there is a good size front garden which is lawned with a path to the front door.
