Located on the Bourneville council estate in a nice quiet Cal-DE-sac. Bought from the local authorities in 1991 & modernised. I bought this property for myself in 1999 & have changed it to suit myself. I am a builder & can make any alteration you fancy prior to sale, that i think will depend if you have children , are single or a couple.
