'Maryland' was completely rebuilt and extended to a high standard in 2010 by the current vendor.  The large open plan kitchen dining room overlooks the secluded south facing garden.  The handy utility room with sink, extra kitchen units and room for 2 appliances leads off the kitchen, with an external door leading to the side of the house.  The downstairs toilet leads off from the utility room.

The lounge benefits from bi-fold doors which open up onto the decking, providing a lovely entertaining space and view of the private garden, south facing it is a warm and sunny room. Double interior doors lead to the kitchen diner.

2 further rooms downstairs provide more space, including a large double bedroom, and a very useful playroom, which could easily be used as an office.

Upstairs the light and airy master bedroom is dual aspect with views over the garden to one side, and over the village cricket green to the other, built in wardrobes provide plenty of storage, it also has an ensuite shower room with toilet.
