Property Description Guide Price ยฃ425,000 ยฃ450,000. Situated in the desirable ancient city of Wells, this beautifully light and bright Victorian family home, set over three floors, has been tastefully modernised in recent years, whilst retaining many of the original period features. The first floor single bedroom also has an original feature fireplace as well as built in shelving and a nice of view of the garden and the top of the Mendips.
