"A beautifully presented one bedroom, first floor apartment, located conveniently to Wellington town centre. The property was built in in 1979 by John Childs Developers and has been in the care of the current owners since October 2016. You enter into the entrance hall with space for shoes and coats and stairs rising to the first floor.

The living room is situated at the front of the apartment and benefits from two windows overlooking the front aspect, helping make the room feel bright and spacious. It is arranged with space for both a living and dining space.

The kitchen benefits from a variety of modern fitted wall and base units with work surfaces over and inset stainless steel sink with drainer. There is space for an oven, fridge freezer and a washing machine. There is a window above the sink overlooking the rear garden.
