"Pretty semi detached bungalow situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in the thriving village of Williton, within walking distance of all the local shops and amenities. It is set in good sized, attractive gardens and benefits from central heating, double glazing, off road parking and garage / workshop

The property was built in the late 1950's of steel frame construction and in brief comprises: entrance porch, kitchen /dining room, living room, 2 good sized double bedrooms and bathroom. There is gas central heating and double glazing throughout. The gardens are an attractive feature of the property and there is off-road parking for at least two cars and a garage / workshop.

Situation

The property is set at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a slightly elevated position on the South side of the thriving village of Williton. Facilities in the village include cottage hospital, medical centre, pharmacy, dentist, vet and library. There are two banks and a range of food and other shops as well as a restaurant and local inns.
