"Investment Opportunity! This two bedroom end of terrace home is being offered to the market with a sitting tenant and would represent a 5.6% yield return on investment.

The accommodation briefly comprises entrance hall with stairs to the first floor and a door opening to the living room with a feature fire and large window to the front aspect. There is an opening to the kitchen diner which is fitted with a range of modern wall and base units with work surface over and various integrated appliances.
