"Obridge Road is a fantastic three bedroom 1930's semi detached family home located in an ever popular residential area. The property is well presented throughout to an excellent standard and benefits include off road parking, large conservatory and a good size rear garden.

The accommodation comprises of an entrance hall with a door to a WC, stairs rising to the first floor and doors opening to the dining room and kitchen. There is then an opening to the living room and doors to the conservatory which again has doors opening onto the rear garden. The kitchen is fitted with a range of units with work surface over and space for various appliances and a door to the side providing access outside.

To the first floor there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom which is fitted with a new three piece suite comprising of panel bath with shower over, low level WC and a hand wash basin.

Outside the property to the front, there is off road parking and a small garden frontage. To the rear, there is a patio area which leads off the conservatory with a step up to the main garden, predominantly laid to lawn and with a raised decking area at the rear. The garden has side gated access and a timber shed.

Directions: Proceed out of Taunton Town Centre along East Reach, following left onto Victoria Parkway, go straight across the roundabout over the Obridge Viaduct, at the roundabout take the first exit onto Priorswood Road and turn left into Obridge Road.
